Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Multifamily Construction

The U.S. Government’s Department of Housing and Urban Development administers programs that assist private industry in the rehabilitation, acquisition or construction of multifamily rental and cooperative housing serving low-income families, the elderly and the handicapped. HUD furnishes technical and professional assistance in planning developing and managing these projects while providing rent subsidies to help make projects more affordable.
