Advantis Development is the pre-development and development arm of Prospect Real Estate Group, LLC. Advantis focuses on designing and building projects on behalf of its investors that enhance tenant experience while minimizing costs and maximizing returns. Advantis projects benefit from Prospect’s unique vertical integration which allows the platform to build Class A product at a 150 to 200 bps premium to the market capitalization rate un-trended.

Every investment decision is supported by detailed market research, financial analysis, review of development business plan, drawing specifications, and risk control strategies.
